This wish is to celebrate Jayme's Birthday! She is a wonderful part of our Life After Program at One Simple Wish. This gift card for a special pizza night will bring a smile to her face and remind her that she is loved and seen on her special day!
Jayme is 39 years old and lives in MI
Jayme's time in foster care was very difficult. She was separated from her siblings because she was the oldest, and they were all adopted. Sadly, Jayme aged out of foster care without finding a family. She is now a proud, loving mom of two kids, and has created a family with her husband that she never had.
