A New Lock for Andrew who has moved into his first apartment

Andrew recently moved into his first apartment and he is so excited to have a place to call his own. Unfortunately, the area in which he lives is somewhat dangerous and he fears for his safety and the safety of his belongings, especially as he lives by himself. Andrew would feel much more secure if he was able to put a deadlock on his door. The sooner he is able to ensure that the lock is installed, the better he will be able to sleep at night and settle into his new home.
Andrew is 23 years old and lives in NY
Andrew is an upbeat, motivated young man who has been living in a homeless shelter for the past three years. He recently received an emergency housing voucher and is in the process of searching for his very first apartment. Next year, he will take classes to gain his High School Equivalency (HSE) and will complete an internship. His interests include gaming, politics, journalism and cooking.
