Logan recently moved to a new home and with that, comes with a new school and new daycare. On Wednesdays, at the daycare, the kids are allowed to bring their devices to play games and watch educational videos. However, Logan hasn't been able to participate in this as he does not have an electronic device. He would like a device that also has parental controls to limit the games he can add, as well as the foster parent wanting him to have more educational games on the device.
