Evan is in a special skills foster home with three other youth. He hopes to reunify with his mother after completing the program. Evan is a smart young man and is very helpful to his foster parents.

Evan would like to be Spider-Man this year for Halloween. When looking at his options, Evan decided on this costume, and he says it looks like “the real deal”. Evan will be going out with his mom this year for Halloween and he is so happy to be spending time with her. Evan hopes to get a lot of candy on Halloween night.
