Evan is in a special skills foster home with three other youth. He hopes to reunify with his mother after completing the program. Evan is a smart young man and is very helpful to his foster parents.

Evan likes to be warm in the winter. He would like this wearable blanket so he can eat at the table with it. Evan is not allowed to eat at the table with regular blankets because they drag on the kitchen floor and get dirty. This wearable blanket would solve evans need for a blanket in the kitchen.
