A Fall Fair Ticket for Elise who has talked non stop about the fair since last year

Elise is over the moon to experience the Fair this year with others that she calls family and friends. She loved the fair last year but it rained quickly after arriving and she was devastated to not have the funds to go again when the rides were going! She is wishing for a ticket so she can pay for a special treat or two. Her favorites are funnel cakes and candy apples. She is excited to have this time with those that have also aged out of foster care.
Elise is 21 years old and lives in NC
Elise is an incredible young woman. She is inquisitive and loves to learn, continually challenging herself to overcome the obstacles in her life. She has a passion for caring for animals, which she is working toward making into a career by training service dogs.
