X, her seven-year-old son and three-month-old daughter have been living in a domestic violence shelter for the past four months. It has been a very difficult time for X. In addition to being a single mother that recently got out of an abusive relationship, she is also attending college full-time. She has a lot on her plate and would be ecstatic to have a wish granted for a warm coat for her sweet son. Receiving this jacket would take some of the stress off of X and make her son so very happy.
X is 25 years old and lives in NY
X is a remarkable young adult who has been raising her son by herself since the age of 16. X has a love for the arts and studied drama and theater in high school. She is currently only five courses away from graduating with her Bachelors degree in Africana studies. After obtaining her degree, she would like to go back to school for screenwriting and animation. X enjoys spending time with her son and creating art projects, as well as making her own natural healing haircare and skincare products.
