X has been residing in a domestic violence shelter for the past four months with her three-month-old baby girl and her seven-year-old son. As a busy single mom and full-time college student, sometimes it is hard for her to stay organized and remember all of their appointments and important events. She would love to have an easy to read, colorful display on her fridge so that she does not forget any upcoming appointment or event. As a survivor of domestic violence, this would also allow her to maintain a sense of normalcy and stability while in a very stressful situation.
X is 25 years old and lives in NY
X is a remarkable young adult who has been raising her son by herself since the age of 16. X has a love for the arts and studied drama and theater in high school. She is currently only five courses away from graduating with her Bachelors degree in Africana studies. After obtaining her degree, she would like to go back to school for screenwriting and animation. X enjoys spending time with her son and creating art projects, as well as making her own natural healing haircare and skincare products.
