A Greater HopeRafael is a very sweet child who loves to have fun. Unfortunately he has been moving from home to home and has not had an established placement in some time. Rafael has endured an abundance of trauma from his parents abandoning him and as a result he is not on track developmentally with other kids his age. Rafael is relieved to finally be in a foster home that is providing him with love, nurture, and affection. He hopes he can thrive in this new environment.
Rafael has autism and is developmentally delayed. He is working hard to learn basic life skills. Rafael needs breaks from his extensive education plan and the best way to escape is to go to Knott's Berry Farm and just enjoy himself. Rafael can't wait to ride the fun rides and wish his cares away.
