Devin resided in a different state when he lived with his biological parent. He has a ton of friends who still live there and he misses them a lot! He would love to re-connect with his friends by playing VR games. He will be so excited to have his very own Oculus and to be able to virtually hang out with his friends again. Devin promises that he will exercise with the Oculus.
Devin is 14 years old and lives in CA
Devin is an amazing child. At the beginning of placement, he had difficulties going out in public to such places like the grocery store and would have a huge meltdown. Since receiving therapy, he has started to thrive. Now he has learned to enjoy outings at the grocery store and other places. Devin enjoys interacting with the other children in the resource home. He loves telling jokes and genuinely enjoys talking with them. He thrives with social interaction and has come so far.
