Penelope loves playing in her play kitchen. She is always making fantastic gourmet meals for her family. However, she is constantly trying to use real pots, pans and utensils which can be a bit heavy for her. Penelope will be over the moon to have her very own play cooking set.

Penelope is a silly little girl with lots of energy. Penelope is in foster care with her two sisters. She is the oldest of the three. Her favorite game is hide and seek. Penelope is excited about starting head start soon so that she can leave the house and make friends.
