Therapeutic Interagency ProgramCharlie is a really energetic boy who loves to play jokes. He loves his older sisters and is learning a lot now that he is able to go to school. Charlie has a lot of allergies, which can be challenging, but he is a really good sport about it.
Charlie and his sisters are ready to create special new traditions that they can have forever. And he will love having his own ornament to put on the family tree. This little yellow Pikachu will be a fun one, and Charlie will know every year that it is his very own.
