Jazmyne is a resilient and determined young woman who is currently in foster care and living in a transitional group home. She has been in and out of foster care since she was four years old due to her parents' life-long addictions. Her grandparents decided to close in permanent guardianship in 2018 and then placed her back in foster care when Jazmyne started to present with symptoms of a mental health diagnosis. She recently was faced with a huge decision that she faced with bravery and practicality for the life she wants to live. She is currently working on her GED and recently obtained part-time employment at a retail store. She is very hardworking and driven to live a successful life.

Jazmyne is a typical teen girl who enjoys shopping and pampering herself. She lost many of her favorite clothes when she came back into foster care. She would like some new clothes to help build her confidence at her GED program and her new job.
