Ciara is a very creative 16 year old girl. She has previously been in foster care with her older sister, but recently returned to care without her sister. She misses having her sister in the same home and is having difficulty transitioning back into care. She loves being active and enjoys various sports such as lacrosse, basketball, and swimming.
