Hannah is a sweet baby girl who has endured a lot of neglect and change in her short life. But she is making progress quickly, and we can't wait to see her continue to develop. She is a little flaxen haired, blue eyed beauty. She is a twin, too! This little girl is starting to develop a little personality- she was very timid at first after enduring a placement change. Now, she is showing her love for dollies and is exploring her environment! Hannah loves her brother and likes to be held. Hannah is making great strides as she is getting her health and physical therapy needs met. She is getting closer to developmental milestones each day!
