Randy is a an amazing young man who, even though is developmentally behind his peers, tries hard to keep up with his foster family. He has been in foster care for 16 years now but enjoy living with his foster family who is very attentive to his every needs. He has a younger sibling. He enjoys school and is getting help to improve his grades.
