He has been in foster care for 16 years now but enjoy living with his foster family who is very attentive to his every needs. He has a younger sibling. He enjoys school and is getting help to improve his grades.
Randy would like a New Video Game for his Birthday, he loves to play and it would be a great treat for him to be able to choose a fun new one!
