Andre is an outgoing and friendly boy. This is his fister time in foster care, and he is very close with his older brother. Andre is a good student and gets good grade marks. He also enjoys fishing, playing outdoors, and basketball. Andre stated that when he gets older he wants to be a counsellor so that he can help others.
