Demetria is teenage girl and all she wants is "to not be ugly". This amazingly resilient young girl, who has been living in a group home for the past 3 years, suffers from a multitude of health issues including Type1 diabetes and ovarian failure. She is being bullied and teased daily because of her protruding front teeth.
