Samirah along with her sibling was brought into the foster care system by their mother who expressed that she could no longer care for her children. Samirah has improved tremendously since being at her placement in December 2015. She is able to attend overnight visits with her family . She is doing well in school and has maintained a "B" average. She is very respectful of her peers and staff. Samirah is celebrating a birthday in July and would like a pair of Air Jordan Sneakers as Birthday Present.
