Rhiannon is a beautiful talkative pre-teen girl. She was in foster care for quite a while and then was placed with her father. Her father is disabled and on a fixed income. Rhiannon is very helpful and is always willing to share with whomever she encounters. Rhiannon is the middle child and is often overlooked and feels she doesn’t get much attention.
