Julian is a little boy who is being raised by his cousin. He is an energetic, outgoing, sweet natured boy who has a zest for life. Julian lost his father at the age of two and was separated from his mother at the same time due to her inability to raise him. He has been in the loving care of his cousin since the age of two. The trauma he has endured due to the loss of his parents has created emotional stress that impacts his educational endeavors and also his social/emotional development.
