Mike is a sweet and darling child who has Cerebral Palsy. Mike lives in a group home tailored for male children with severe cognitive issues. Mike is the highest functioning child in the house. If not for his wheelchair, you would not realize that Mike has CP. Mike was placed in this group home because has witnessed domestic violence between his parents and also suffered physical abuse.
