D'nelo is an energetic guy. He loves to roller blade, and rap. He is an excellent songwriter. His favorite person in the world is his little sister. D'nelo has also shown extreme bravery in overcoming his stage fright in order to spread the message about changes needed in the foster care system. He worries about what being adopted is going to mean for his little sister, who still lives with her bio-dad. He is hopeful that having a stable, loving set of parents that want to help him maintain his relationships will give him the chance he has always wanted: to be a normal kid.
