LaTonya is a hardworking teen mother. LaTonya has been under the care and supervision of the Division since she was about 14 years old. LaTonya has recently moved into an Independent Living program for parenting teens. LaTonya has custody of her daughter. LaTonya is currently working on finishing her high school education so that she can provide the best for herself and her daughter.
