Shawn is an intelligent, talkative, handsome young man. He and his sister came into foster care in 2017. Prior to placement, Shawn was not enrolled in school. Academically, he had never finished 2nd grade. As a result, he began this school year in the 3rd grade. He is excelling! He finished the 3rd quarter on the Honor Roll again! Shawn loves school and has made many friends.
