Samiyah strives to do her very best in school and at home. She tried out for Cheerleading and didn’t make the team. She took her defeat in stride and decided to try out for track and made it! Samiyah not only has a love for sports but also to be a hair dresser when she grows up. She has been practicing on her hair to improve her skills. She also loves to dance and make up dance routines for her friends in the neighborhood. This young lady will go far despite not being able live with her parents and some of her siblings.
