Maria was struggling in school but now that she is in her new placement she is thriving and doing exceptionally well in school. In fact, Maria is earning straight A's and recently started a female empowerment class at her school. She is also an intern with Mental Health America which she absolutely loves because she is helping others. Maria is truly a remarkable young woman and everyone is so proud of the young woman she has become.
