Hallie is an artistic, funny, kind young lady. She loves to dance and sing. She is very honest about what she needs. Hallie has experienced trauma throughout her young life. This has caused her to struggle academically, socially, and mentally. She will be transitioning into a group home until a pre-adoptive family can be found.
