Yolanda was placed into foster care when she was three years old along with her twin sister. She has been with our agency for almost a year now. Yolanda is a shy, reserved child. When she first came to us she would not laugh much. Since she has been with her current foster family she has opened up and became a kid again. Yolanda loves to sing and dance around the house while watching Frozen. She also pretends she can freeze things like Elsa does in the movie. It is extremely cute to watch her imagination grow. Yolanda graduated from Kindergarten last week with perfect attendance! This may seem like a simple success, but to her it meant everything to stand in front of everyone and receive her award.
