Jojo is a creative and innovative little boy who had a rough start in the world. He was exposed to drugs and alcohol in utero and experienced abuse in his first foster home. Josiah moved into his next foster home when he was 10 months old and was adopted at 1 1/2. He is super sweet, and even through his struggles, he maintains a positive outlook and always has a smile!
