Vanessa is an amazing young woman. She has experienced a great deal of trauma in her life but through it all she remains happy and positive. Vanessa has an amazing ability to see the bright side of any circumstances. When asked how she is able to go through life so positively despite her trauma her response was "Life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.". Needless to say Forest Gump is her favorite film and has had an amazing impact on her ability to stay positive even when faced with adversity.
