Ava is a sweet and active little girl who loves being read to every day. She entered foster care at 3 months old with her twin brother and has come such a long way. Ava was born prematurely and was also recently diagnosed with some medical conditions which require different providers to monitor her health. However, Ava doesn't let that get in her way of spending time outside and going for walks with her foster family.
