Fehmi is a sweet little guy who is learning so much by exploring his world and by watching and interacting with his older brothers. Fehmi was removed from his biological mother soon after he was born. He lives in a resource home with his two older brothers. His resource parents have shown interest in adopting the three boys and say that they are a pleasure to have in their home. He loves playing ball when he can get his hands on one.
