A Fun Costume for Fehmi who isn't sure what he wants to be for Halloween

Fehmi is a joy to be around, and he has taken quite an interest in everything spooktacular. He loves looking at pumpkins and skeletons and everything Halloween. For this Halloween his resource parents would love to take him to pick out his costume to wear on Halloween, or any other day of the year for that matter! He isn't really sure what he wants to be this year, so he is excited to tour the store aisles and pick out what he especially likes.
Fehmi is 4 years old and lives in NJ
Fehmi is a sweet little guy who is learning so much by exploring his world and by watching and interacting with his older brothers. Fehmi was removed from his biological mother soon after he was born. He lives in a resource home with his two older brothers. His resource parents have shown interest in adopting the three boys and say that they are a pleasure to have in their home. He loves playing ball when he can get his hands on one. His favorite foods are cereal and apples
