Raylene spent 18 years in and out of foster care. During this time the biggest challenge she faced was uncertainty as well as inconsistency. Bouncing in and out of care as well as from placement to placement was difficult for Raylene. Today she is a happy young woman with a beautiful family and working hard towards her degree.
