Winter is a spirted young girl who loves everything Frozen themed. She is currently in foster care with her older sister. Her favorite movies are Frozen and Moana and she enjoys playing pretend that she and her sister are Ana and Elsa. Winter is always Elsa, of course, because Elsa is so brave.
