Penny Lane CentersWinter is a spirted young girl who loves everything Frozen themed. She is currently in foster care with her older sister. Her favorite movies are Frozen and Moana and she enjoys playing pretend that she and her sister are Ana and Elsa. Winter is always Elsa, of course, because Elsa is so brave.
Winter dreams about going to Disneyland. She has never been to there but she watches plenty of YouTube videos to see what it is like. She has made a list of Disneyland rides she would like to visit such as the Tea Cups and The Jungle Cruise. Winter would love to have her visit to Disneyland with her sister. She has her fingers crossed they would meet Elsa and Ana too!
