Leigh is a quiet, shy little girl who with a brother and sister went to live with her aunt, uncle and two teen cousins when their parents were no longer able to care for them. She was completely non verbal and wouldn't make eye contact but has started saying a few words, will look at family and is even smiling and laughing with them now.
