Isadore has come from severe neglect throughout his short life. He was not provided for his basic needs and came from a home in deplorable conditions. Isadore is now placed in a loving foster home. Isadore has many delays in his development and the foster parents are working hard to help him with his milestones. Isadore is receiving speech therapy services to help encourage his speech. Isadore is a sweet boy who loves to play!
