Brent has been with his foster family for a few months now but he has been in foster care since he was 4 months old. He has Down syndrome and is the happiest child you will ever meet! With his new foster family, Brent is improving his speech and has learned how to cry, as he would try to refrain from doing this before. He is now learning how to communicate his needs and is so happy that his foster family can understand him. Brent is the most lovable little child you can imagine!
