Isaiah and his twin brother are in foster care and are placed together in the same foster home. Isaiah is a bubbly little boy that loves to cuddle and give and receive hugs. He enjoys playing with his twin brother and his foster siblings. He loves to laugh, jump around and play. He is so full of energy and follows his foster mom all around the house.
