Eleonor is a sweet, spunky, baby girl. She is currently in relative care with her Grandparents and 3 other siblings. Atlhough her situation has been unfortunate at such a young age, she is growing strong and healthy. She loves her bouncy, to play with her learning toys, and has a hoot entertaining herself with the new noises she discovers every day. She brings great joy to those around her.
