Carlos is a resilient young man still under county guardianship and may be going into extended foster care. He is finishing up high school and has grown so much recently. He has had a difficult year but is starting to catch-up and work on himself. Carlos has an interest in Engineering. He enjoys skateboarding, being outside, looking good, wisely spending his money and loves to learn!
