Luis just moved into his first ever home with his girlfriend and their daughter. Luis entered the foster care system at the age of 10 and spent some time in group homes. He is currently finishing up his Bachelors in Nursing and hopes to graduate Summer 2022! He shares that his interest in the medical field began after a visit to the hospital for a broken arm when he was younger. He vividly remembers having full trust in the nurses because of how comfortable and safe they made him feel. He hopes to return to school and get his Masters in nursing in a couple of years.
