Jalela has shown great resilience over the past couple years as she has navigated the foster care system once again. Jalela experienced a failed adoptive placement due to no fault of her own. Despite the many hardships, Jalela is spunky, funny and has a great sense of humor. Jalela graduated from high school a semester early but is not quite sure what she wants to do. Jalela has plans to visit a local beauty college to see if working with hair and make-up might be something that interests her.
