Vince is a very respectable and caring young man who has been in foster care for over 3 years. He is always respectful and cooperative. Vince has some trouble with social cues and has trouble making friends. He enjoys playing outside and trying different sports. His favorite sports team is the Cowboys. He, like most youth his age, also loves to play video games.
