Eli is a very loving child who likes to give hugs and needs to know he is loved. He lives with his grandmother after being removed from his mother because of mental illness. She loves him but just doesn't know how to take care of a child. He likes to watch videos of fire trucks and rescue vehicles and wants to be a firefighter when he grows up.
