Hera, 3 years old, NE

Hera loves coloring, listening to music, and playing with her toys. Her favorite animal right now is a turtle. Hera has been with her foster parents since birth and likes to be outside with them when she can. Hera is learning and speaking new words; she recently learned to say "touchdown". Hera is a happy folder who's always laughing or smiling.
