Grace came into foster care almost a year ago and was considered a medically fragile placement. In the time she has been in care, she has grown so much! She loves to explore her environment, is always smiling and laughing, and has made so much progress with her health. She is a sweet little girl who constantly brightens up the day of her foster parents.
